How long have you guys been around?
We started Joyofsocks.com in February 1998, and we’ve been growing ever since. We credit our expansive and ever-changing sock selection as well as our strong customer relationships for that growth.
Can I find you on social media?
You sure can! Find us on Facebook right here and Pinterest. We’re also big fans of sharing on social media, and encourage our customers to share the items they like on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, MySpace (we won’t judge you), SnapChat and more. Is Your Site Secure?
Hey, we get it. We’re an online business, and we have to handle some sensitive payment information to complete your transactions. That’s why we take every precaution we can to earn our customers’ trust. All of your transactions are fully encrypted. Best of all, we offer an amazing selection of socks that you just won’t find anywhere else.
Your socks are silly. What if I just want normal socks?
Well maybe your socks just aren’t silly enough. But okay, we totally get it. Sometimes you just need some simple, no-frills socks. That’s why we provide solid colors, argyle prints, athletic socks, socks designed for warmth, tights, and plain leggings. At Joyofsocks.com, our goal is to provide the customer with exactly what they need, be they Seurat-inspired socks, Superman stockings, or just a plain, cotton pair.

Why should I get an account?
An account with Joy of Socks comes with all sorts of good stuff:
You get a message center to manage all of the sparkling correspondence you may have with our team.
You have a means of tracking current orders and reviewing past orders.
You can manage multiple shipping and billing addresses in your very own address book.
You can keep track of recently viewed items, just in case you need to find them again in a hurry.

Ordering
What forms of payment do you accept?
Being a strictly online merchant, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Customers can also make transaction payments through PayPal, if they prefer. International customers must pay with PayPal.
Do you really offer free shipping?
We do, indeed! It’s one of many shipping methods we offer our U.S. customers.
What if I’m not in the United States?
That’s okay! We also ship to Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. International customers must pay via Paypal. There are duties, customs, and taxes to consider, but we lay out all the details on our Shipping page for your easy reference.
When do I get my socks?
That really depends on where you are and which shipping option you choose. Your order will generally leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days. How long it takes to get to you after that is determined by your choice of shipping method
For customers outside of the United States, Customs can hold things up a bit. However, a good rule of thumb is to expect 9-18 days on shipments to Canada and 2-4 weeks for shipments to the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
Returns
My socks showed up damaged. Can I send them back?
Yikes! That is the last thing we want. We just ask that you contact us so we can find out what happened. From there, we’ll work out the details with you directly, to make sure there are no more unwelcome surprises.
I need to return my socks. Now what?
The returned items must come back to us in their original packaging, unopened, within 30 days of delivery. Clearance items are final sales and will not be refunded if returned.
If you have an account with us (it is mighty convenient), simply go to the Completed Orders list in your account and click the Return Item(s) button. The website will guide you the rest of the way from there.
If you do not have an account with us, send us an email to let us know what you’re returning. Then ship the item(s) back to:

Make sure you put the order number on the outside of the package. You’ll get your refund within four weeks, but more often than not it will happen much faster than that.
